Mary Graham Grant will conduct a three- day residency, with three workshops for youth and adults that will culminate with a public demonstration and hands-on instruction during the 2026 Juneteenth Celebration at Old School Square in Delray Beach, FL. Participants will explore the rich traditions of the Gullah Geechee culture while learning the traditional practice of sewing sweetgrass medallions that can be worn as necklaces or earrings.
