Scott Barnett is a documentary filmmaker focused on purpose driven entertainment. He is currently working on a documentary about The Florida Highwaymen. His recent documentary work includes, Broken Ground – the ongoing dialectic between the preservation of sacred, indigenous lands in the face of rampant urban development, The Reading Reboot with James Patterson – highlighting the way the Science of Reading is improving the lives of children through literacy, Women of the Watershed – celebrating the role of Women in Everglades conservation, Crossing Overtown – explores Miami’s unique role in the Civil Rights movement, State of Rodeo – celebrates 500 years of Rodeo and Ranching in the Sunshine State.
