Leah Van Winkle

Leah is an organizer, yoga teacher, bodyworker, farmer, educator, and healer. Her passion lies in educating to empower—believing that knowing our own bodies, what we need, and how to create our own medicine puts real power in our hands, as she believes to be health sovereign and in harmony with the land and ecosystem we are a part of is her guiding vision. Rooted in Appalachian land-based traditions and shaped by years of community herbalism, farming, and mutual aid, she now cultivates remedies, teaches, and supports disaster response efforts that reconnect people to the land, their bodies, and one another.
