To attend the 2026 Association of Writers & Writing Programs (AWP) Conference: the nation's largest convening of writers, editors, agents, and publishers to advance the completion, publication, and launch of my hybrid memoir-in-essays, CREATION OF WOMAN, which examines belief, gender, and queer identity in the South through the lens of modern myth-making to dismantle inherited binaries and imagine what might exist beyond them.
