I will travel to Textere Artist Residency in Oaxaca for a two-week residency to study textile traditions through guided visits to artisan homes and studios. I aim to research historical weaving methods, natural dye processes, and plant-based materials, connecting these practices to the broader history of women?s labor and the invisible systems embedded in textile production.
