As we grow the Sumter Opera House into a performing arts organization with a non-profit designation, we are embarking on an ambitious tour to visit five historic peer venues to study operational structures and gather new ideas in order to utilize the knowledge gained with this research trip to shape our roadmap as we evolve into a stronger, more sustainable, and more inclusive arts organization.
