Artist Statement

This project is the foundational work and execution of Confluence: An Indigenous Writers Workshop Series in partnership with the Museum of the Cherokee People, which will provide an opportunity for Eastern Band of Cherokee citizens to have free access to high quality writing instruction from the world’s top indigenous writers and grow the writing talent pool of EBCI writers which has largely been excluded from the publishing industry.
