African Diasporic Arts and Education

Orisirisi Holiday Tour brings African drumming, storytelling, and song to 19 schools across Upstate South Carolina and the foothills of North Carolina. Through the Chapman Cultural Center’s Muse Machine outreach, the tour reaches over 25 Title I schools, giving thousands of children a joyful, live arts experience they might not otherwise have. More than a performance, it is a celebration of heritage, creativity, and community.
